Current Member of the Knesset (Likud) and former Jerusalem Mayor Nir Barkat visited 770 Eastern Parkway today as part of his current trip to the United States. The politician toured various parts of ‘Chabad World Headquarters’, including the Library of Agudas Chasidei Chabad, the office of WLCC, and the apartment of the Frierdiker Rebbe. Buses pulled out of Crown Heights earlier this week. Their passengers, many excited soon to be campers. Their destination, the oasis, both b’gashmiyus and b’ruchnius, called the Poconos in Northeast Pennsylvania. It was the start of Camp Gan Yisroel – Poconos, a camp which provides its campers with fun, relaxation, and spiritual fulfillment, all in accordance with the instructions of the Rebbe MH”M.
