A Sefer Torah was dedicated in Crown Heights today in memory of Mrs. Yehudis Baitz OBM, matriarch of a large Chabad family, who passed in Adar 5780. The writing of the last letters was followed by a festive parade to the Aliyah Center on E. New York, where participants rejoiced with joyous hakafos.
