Brooklyn’s Largest Park Hosts Chanukah Event
Special permits were obtained this year to host a Menorah Lighting ceremony in Marine Park, Brooklyn’s largest park, through the efforts of Rabbi Levi Hendel, director of Chabad of Marine Park. Special permits were obtained this year to host a Menorah Lighting ceremony in Marine Park, Brooklyn’s biggest park.
These special permit which took close to 10 months for approval, were obtained through the efforts of Rabbi Levi Hendel, director of Chabad of Marine Park.
Last night the Menorah was finally kindled. Alongside hot Latkes & fresh donuts, precedent with a concert lead by Mendy J & Story Show by Rabbi Shmuli Zalmanov.
Despite the freezing cold weather, Marine Park was warm with the Chanukah warmth!
