Following an impactful week of Mivtza Chanukah, Chabad of Ohr Yehuda, under the leadership of Rabbi Menachem Mendel Hakohen Friedman, The Rebbe’s Shliach and Rabbi of the Chabad community, hosted a heartfelt reception to welcome a new Shluchim couple to the city.
Rabbi Yosef Halevi Segal and his wife have taken on the mission of bringing the light of Torah and Mitzvos to the newly established Neve Ayalon neighborhood.
Building on the successful model of recent years, in which Shluchim were stationed in Ohr Yehuda’s growing neighborhoods, the Segal family has joined the community at the start of Neve Ayalon’s development. Their work is set to flourish alongside the neighborhood, which is projected to welcome thousands of new families in the coming years.
