…Mendel is a frum boy with Yiras Sahmayim, who just celebrated his Bar Mitzvah. He is motivated to learn, but feels his skills are not fully developed. He understands clearly that a solid learning base coupled with an environment conducive to growing in Chasidishe Hanhagos is crucial to succeeding in Yeshivos today. The upcoming year is a critical time for his future.
… Shlomi grew up on Shlichus in a place with no yeshiva. His parents kept him in the local Jewish day school as long as possible but now that he is older, Shlomi he very much wants to be like his father and go to Yeshiva. His learning skills are not up to par and he needs a transition year to help him acquire the proper methodology to decode Gemara.
…Sholom Ber’s mother researched options for her son and was thrilled to learn that this year, under the auspices of Or Menachem, a Mechina is opening a new, exclusive class, for a limited amount of Chasidishe Bochurim.
…Yakov’s mother knew of Or Menachem from her first-hand, positive experience when her older son had acquired the necessary proficiency to enter a regular Yeshiva.
Based on her personal knowledge, Yakov’s mother is confident that her second son will discover new found skills necessary to continue in Yeshiva. She is confident that being surrounded exclusively by Chasidishe bochurim, all striving to be the best they can be, will increase Yakov’s Chasidishkeit.
…When Pinny arrived in Yeshiva he was warmly greeted and given the space to establish his personal goals for the year. As the year progressed, Pinny celebrated the milestones of success, boosting his self-esteem. He is now leaving Or Menachem with a foundation of Chassidishkeit and the learning skills he developed over the year.
