A Jewish chaplain from Staten Island wrote a letter addressed to “Lubavitcher” with the address written as 770 Eastern Parkway. Seemingly the writer forgot to include the word “Rebbe” in the title, leaving the intended recipient somewhat ambiguous. The Rebbe wrote on the envelope in his holy ksav yad “To Tzeirei Agudas Chabad?“
