A major winter storm sweeping across Eretz Yisrael brought extreme cold and powerful winds to the city of Tzfas. During the storm, a large tree collapsed in the yard of the Chabad Talmud Torah Or Menachem. Security camera footage shows students playing in the yard as the tree collapsed.
