The municipality of Vitebsk put the remains of the 130-year-old Lubavitch Shul up for sale for a nominal fee for someone to purchase and fix.
The Shul was built approximately one hundred and thirty years ago in Vitebsk, Belarus near the Russian border.
The Shul was closed in 5683 and was then turned into a cultural center and eventually a warehouse until it was abandoned.
