Kosovo Shliach Awarded by President

Following a peace agreement between Israel and Kosovo, the Chief Rabbi of Kosovo and Albania, Rabbi Yoel Kaplan was acompanied by a delegation of Frum Jews from New York to the President of the country, Hashim Thaçi,where the Shliach was awarded with a plaque and a medal from the President • Photos
