ChabadLife.tv has reopened its studio after much of its equipment and studio were destroyed by Hurricane Sandy.
Its new program called KickDarkness which will hit New York City Streets this Chanukah.
“KickDarkness is a new approach to Mivtzoyim on the street,” explained Director Rabbi Reuven Flamer. “The mission of ChabadLife is to expand the role of the Moshiach in everyday life and Jewish ideals in the world through story and conversation in film, social media, and other avenues, employing ‘goodness and kindness ‘ as its core currency. It is based on the Chabadlife.tv motto”Powered by Moshiach”.
Chabadlife.tv is looking for four talented bochurim to be part of the RoadTrippin Rabbis film crew for the days of Chanukah. They must be comfortable performing in front of TV cameras, interacting with both Jews and not Jews, and be willing to try new ways to bring what they learn in Yeshiva to the streets of NY.
