As part of the national effort to stop the spread of the corona virus – the police dispersed a Chabad wedding on Wednesday night that took place in the wedding tent at Beit Rivka, Kfar Chabad.

“During a police-initiated activity, a tent was set up yesterday in an open area in the village of Chabad, with a wedding taking place and the participation of dozens of guests, contrary to the rules. When the police entered the place, dozens of people began to flee the scene. An examination of those present at the scene found that one of the participants in the incident was a verified corona patient. The police ordered him to enter the isolation and summoned him for questioning at the end of the isolation,” a police spokeswoman said.

A total of NIS 5,000 was fined to the other participants, as well as for the service providers (orchestra, photographers, etc.), after which they were asked to disperse.
