TzaddikStory.org, a non-profit organization dedicated to inspiring and educating children about the lives of tzaddikim and miracles, has recently released the second volume of its “Amazing Miracle Stories for Kids” book series, which has been flying off the shelves since its release two weeks ago. This collection of inspiring stories has captured the hearts and minds of readers young and old.
The organization’s mission is to create engaging and meaningful books that inspire and educate children about the lives of tzaddikim and miracles. The books in the “Amazing Miracle Stories for Kids” series offer solid stories with easy-to-understand words and engaging illustrations that capture the imaginations of children today. These stories are presented in a straightforward manner that allows readers of all ages to appreciate the beauty of each tale.
The creation of these beautiful books was truly a group effort, with a team of talented authors and illustrators working together to bring the stories to life. Founder Reb Yosef Shidler, a lubavitcher resident of Toms River, New Jersey, was on a quest to find high-quality, child-friendly books with stories about the Rebbe, Chabad Rebbeim, and tzaddikim but was unable to find much content in stores. As a result, he decided to undertake the project himself and worked closely with many experienced writers, mechanchim, mashpaim, and talented artists to create a book that is suitable for children and adults from all demographics across the Chabad, Litvish, and Chassidish world.
Yosef Shidler is a man with many passions and accomplishments. He is also known for his work as the founder of DollarDaily.org, a nonprofit organization that provides financial assistance to shluchim. In addition to his philanthropic work, Yosef’s entrepreneurial spirit is also evident in his work with CJ Studios, a business he co-founded with his wife Sarah. Together, they provide creative services and photography to clients across a wide range of industries.
The roster of writers includes Baila Brickman, Shani Eichler, Chaya Chazan, Adrien McKenna, and Rabbi Mendel Heidingsfeld, each of whom brought their unique voice and style to the project. Meanwhile, the illustrations were brought to life by a team of skilled artists, including Rinku Theophin, the P66 Design Team, Mihalio Miljanović, and Jennifer Lee.
The second volume of the “Amazing Miracle Stories for Kids” book series cost over $45,000 to produce, a substantial amount that was raised through fundraising efforts. Despite the challenges of financing, the team remained dedicated to their vision of creating engaging and meaningful book content that would inspire and delight readers of all ages.
The Hebrew month of Nissan, which is the current month, is named after the Hebrew word “nes”, meaning “miracle”, because it’s the month in which the Jewish people were redeemed from Egypt, through a series of miraculous events. Hence, it’s known as “the Month of Redemption” and a time to reflect on the miracles that occurred during this time. The holiday of Passover, which occurs in Nissan, commemorates this miraculous redemption and serves as a reminder of the power of God’s intervention in our lives.
The two books in the “Amazing Miracle Stories for Kids” series are now available worldwide in Jewish bookstores and can be ordered directly from the project’s website, tzaddikstory.org. In addition to the books, new stories are released weekly in the Beis Moshiach Magazine, keeping the excitement and inspiration flowing. The team is already hard at work on the third book, which promises to be even more captivating than the previous two.
The first round of shipments is almost sold out, and a new order is expected to arrive in late April after Pesach. Tzaddikstory.org will not be shipping until the new order arrives, so if you want a copy of this incredible book, be sure to order now through your local bookstores. Don’t miss out on the opportunity to give your children a book that will inspire them for years to come!
If you have a story that you think would make a great addition to their collection, the team would love to hear from you. Share your inspiring stories of tzaddikim and kivrei tzaddikim, and miracles by emailing them at mail@tzaddikstory.
