    The operation, named “Operation Many Ways” by the Israel Defense Forces, targeted a facility used by Iranian forces to produce precision missiles for Hezbollah and the Assad regime. The site, codenamed “Deep Layer,” was hidden within a mountain at the Scientific Studies and Research Center (SSRC) in the Masyaf region, located west of Hama.

    The highly sensitive facility lay more than 200 kilometers (124 miles) from the Israeli border and approximately 45 kilometers (28 miles) from Syria’s western coastline. The IDF’s elite Shaldag unit, in collaboration with the search and rescue unit 669, executed the raid with precision, successfully destroying the facility and eliminating a critical threat.
