Shneur Zalman Blesofsky, who was seriously injured in a van accident with 12 others, while returning from spending Chof Beis Shvat with the Rebbe in 770.
Following his accident, Zalman remained in serious condition for a number of weeks, after which he began rapidly recovering. Zalman was released from the hospital last week and received a warm and celebratory welcome after returning to Yeshivah.
On Sunday, the three Yeshivos in the Poconos – Tomchei Temimim Lubavitch Poconos, Beis Menachem (known as Wilkes Barre) and Chayolei Beis David – gathered for a Siyum Harambam and Farbrengen .
During the Siyum, they welcomed their friend back, who had returned for a visit to Yeshiva, with spirited dancing.
After the dancing Zalman thanked the bochurim for davening for him in his time of need.
After the celebration Zalman will return to rehab, where he will continue on his journey to full health, b’ezras Hashem. Please continue to say Tehillim for Shneur Zalman Hakohen ben Elisheva, b’soch she’ar cholei Yisrael.
