The deputy commander of Hamas’s Gaza City Brigade and the commander of the Shejaiya Battalion, both high-ranking officials in the terrorist organization, were killed in these targeted strikes. These operations are part of a broader strategy by the IDF to neutralize Hamas leadership and disrupt the organization’s infrastructure in the region.
