Hezbollah terrorists fired two large rocket barrages at northern Eretz Yisroel, totaling approximately 150 missiles.
At least one person was lightly injured by early Friday afternoon.
Magen David Adom (MDA) teams are searching a number of locations for victims. The barrages have sparked a number of fires in the area.
Following the barrages, Hezbollah announced that it had fired rockets towards an IDF base in Birya, in response to IDF strikes on Hezbollah installations in southern Lebanon.
The IDF responded by striking more Hezbollah installations in southern Lebanon.
The IDF released a statement after the attacks: “IDF soldiers identified and struck a Hezbollah observation post in the area of Kfarchouba in southern Lebanon. IDF artillery also struck in the area of Kfarchouba in southern Lebanon.”
