Shliach in Dnepropetrovsk, Ukraine Rabbi Moshe Weber , who is in charge of the project together with Rabbi Bentzion Lipsker from St. Petersburg, Russia, spoke about dealing with Coronavirus-related challenges and the project overall, which has caused a tremendous revolution in limmud hatorah.
