Chabad of the Airport greeted the Gerer Rebbe’s son Reb Shlome Tzvi Alter and Gerer Rebbe’s son in law Rabbi Shimon Rotshtein on their return flight to Israel Monday evening.
They were visibly impressed when seeing firsthand the activities of Chabad of the Airport directed by Rabbi Yossi Rapp, especially with the success of Mivtza Teffilin and the amount of people that put on Teffilin for their first time ever at the ChabadAir counter.
Reb Shlome Tzvi Alter gave his well wishes of continued success to be “Mekadesh Shem Shamayim”.
Rabbi Rotshtein remarked “such a counter in JFK Airport can only be possible with the Rebbe’s brachos”.
Part of the delegation flying as well we’re Chanoch Zaibert former mayor of Bnei Brak and Rabbi Avigdor Rubinstein Rosh Yeshiva of Meor Yisroel.
