Tens of thousands of Jews across Paris celebrated Purim at over 200 Chabad Houses across Paris and its surrounding suburbs in high fashion, complete with costumes, as they read the Megillah and gave out Mishloach Manos to their friends and family and generously gave Matonas Le’evyonim and more.
The Purim preparations were done by Beis Lubavitch under the direction of Rabbi M. M. Azimov.
Photographer Mordechai Lubecki shares Purim moments from around Paris, including the Rebbe’s Shul at 17 rue des Rosiers, Beis Chaya Mushkah, and the Chabad Houses in Flandre and Créteil, with the participation of Rabbi Haim Mellul, Rabbi Elie Chelky, Rabbi Mendy Uzan, and Rabbi Daniel Gabay.
