A large delegation of about seventy Shluchim from Paris and its suburbs, came to support the Jewish community in Rouen after the fire that an Arab terrorist burned down the Shul, and to support the Shliach Rabbi Shmuel Lubetzky.
The Shluchim led by Rabbi Levi Azimov Davened Mincha in front of the Shul. Afterward, they went to Farbreng at the Chabad house until the late hours of the night.
