This plan cam following a Purim Farbrengen in the Yeshiva where the Shluchim Farbrenged with the Bochurim about the necessity of travelling to the Rebbe for Yud Alef Nissan.
Once in Serbia, the Bochurim prepared themselves for the trip to the Rebbe with all the proper Hachanos needed and they managed to make it to the Rebbe for Yud Alef Nissan despite all the obstacles that were in their way.
