Over two thousand from all walks of life, gathered to mark the first Yahrtzeit of Rabbi Yisroel Halprin, A”H, the senior Shliach, Rav to Hertzalya, Rav and Mashpia.
Rabbi Halprin passed away last year at the age of 66, he positively affected the lives of many, physically and spiritualy.
The evening marked the 40-year Shlichus of the Rabbi Halperin and his wife Sheyichye in Hertzalya.
Rabbonim and Shluchim and many community leaders joined the event in Honor of Rabbi Halprin.
