As the winter is getting harsher, new challenges are arising, due to the steep increase in heating prices. Many people are left in the bitter cold, unable to afford basic heating for their homes, families and children. Chabad of Moldova is in full swing providing financial aid and much needed warmth to the locals and refugees, ensuring that everyone is warm and safe in the midst of this crisis.
