The school is located in the city of Levallois near Paris. This city has seventy thousand inhabitants and a large number of Jews in recent years and today about twenty thousand Jews live there. It is a great occupation that a magnificent and spacious building will be used as a school for raising Tashbar in the way of the Torah and Mitzvah.
