With the participation of Rabbonim and public figures, the Chabad Mobile Center on Israel’s Route 6, led by Shliach Rabbi Menachem Makmel, celebrated the Hachnosas Sefer Torah to service thousands of daily commuters.
The event was joined by local rabbonim and public figures including Rabbi Yitzchak Dovid Grossman, the Chief Rabbi of Migdal HaEmek, Yitzchak Shimon Wasserlauf, Minister for the Negev and Galilee, Rabbi Shmuel Rosenberg and others.
