As part of the kosher certification process, Rabbi Horowitz personally inspected the bottling stage, ensuring compliance with halachic standards. His visit included thorough evaluations at key sites in La Rochelle and Sireuil, where he met with dedicated mashgichim overseeing each production phase, from koshering equipment to packaging.
A key aspect of Chug Chatam Sofer Bnei Brak’s kashrut is its close collaboration with Chabad Shluchim, many of whom serve as mashgichim across Europe. Rabbi Horowitz emphasized that these facilities operate under strict supervision, ensuring products meet the highest level of kashrut.
Chug Chatam Sofer Bnei Brak remains one of the largest kosher certification bodies, overseeing hundreds of food production facilities worldwide. “With meticulous oversight, we can confidently say these products meet the most rigorous kosher standards,” Rabbi Horowitz concluded.
