The coordinators received valuable tools and inspiration to bring a fresh approach to engaging youth—the future generation of FSU Jewry. The seminars featured professional teams and charismatic lecturers including Rabbi Shneur Kosenko, Rabbi Azaria Shaulov, Ms. Lena Kovalova, Ms. Natella Epstein, Rabbi Yaakov and Mrs. Miri Yakminko, and Rabbi David Voskovski. They enriched participants’ knowledge across a wide range of topics designed to help them make Judaism appealing to youngsters and to strengthen their Jewish connection and pride.
Beyond lectures and classes, participants enjoyed special experiences, tours, and attractions, with an empowering Shabbaton as the centerpiece of the seminar. Special guest Rabbi Yehuda Davidov, entrepreneur, philanthropist and head of the 770 Foundation, came to speak with the coordinators. Rabbi Shlomo Neeman, FJC Education Director, also participated alongside other senior figures.
“It’s moving to see,” notes Rabbi Moshe Rochlin from EnerJew’s leadership, “how city representatives view their role not just as another chapter in their lives, but as a deeply meaningful and important mission. They see their position as part of the youth’s future and their connection to their nation, their roots, and ultimately to themselves. These are selected coordinators who dedicate themselves with joy and great love to their role, and we are very proud of them.”
