Yeshivas Lubavitch Cincinnati, just completed their 11th year of Shnas HaLimudim. The Yeshiva finished the year with a very special Siyum event.
The event recognized the tremendous efforts of the 10 Talmidim that finished the entire Masechta Kesubos by heart and the 25 bachurim that learned the first Chalakim of Likkutei Sichos throughout the year with the weekly Dvar Malchus. The Talmidim received certificates (and special vouchers to buy Seforim) and it was a very big Kiddush sheim Lubavitch.
During the event, the Siyum was made by hatamim Mendel Davis of Montreal, a Haderan was made by hatamim Mendel Weber of Crown Heights and Divrei HisOrirus by Rabbi Eliyahu Simpson. A Special moment was when Rabbi Avtzon invited Mr. David Bellos – a good friend of the Yeshiva and the Bachurim – to share a few words and surprised him with a special painting of the Rebbe.
The event, as well as the Mivtza Torah and Sichos, was arranged by the Talmidei HaShluchim and took place in a large auditorium of one of the local Shuls and was well-attended by the Yeshiva and the local community.
The Talmidei HaYeshiva – now heading to their Yeshivas Kayitz – are now more prepared to hear Toraso Shel Moshiach.
