Chabad Photographer Attacked in Bulgaria
In a disturbing incident last night in Sofia, Bulgaria, Chabad photographer Mordechai Lubetki was attacked by an anti-Semitic assailant. The attacker threatened Lubetski with a knife, stole his Yarlmulka, and shouted “Hitler” at him multiple times • Full Story
The attack occurred as Lubetski was going about his business in the city. The assailant, whose identity has not yet been confirmed, targeted Lubetski with aggressive and hateful rhetoric, using the knife to intimidate him and forcibly take his Yarmulka.
Local police were promptly alerted to the scene and launched a search for the perpetrator. Despite their swift response, the attacker managed to flee before authorities arrived. The police have since initiated an investigation into the incident and are actively pursuing leads to apprehend the individual responsible.
