Chabad Namibia Concludes its Historic First Chanukah

As ChabadInfo.com reported less than a month ago, a new Chabad house was established in the southern African country of Namibia by Shluchim Rabbi Yosef and Mushka Rahimi. As soon as they arrived, the young couple rented an elegant space for their new Chabad house.
