Last Sunday was Montreal’s annual “tour de l’Ile” cycling event where over 25,000 bikers traversed the island of Montreal in three routes that all started at the corner of Parc and Mont-Royal.
Streets were shut down and traffic redirected to make space for the thousands of cyclists who wheeled up and down Montreal’s more scenic streets.
At the starting point and finish line, Chabad of Mile End set up a small booth and handed out free water to cyclists. photographer Yanky Pollak captured some photos of the kind deed.
