During the 24 hours of the Baba Sali’s celebration, over 3,000 people visited the “Igros Kodesh Center,” where they had the opportunity to write letters to the Rebbe and connect with the leader of the generation.
Starting at sunrise, the students set up tefillin booths, where hundreds of Jews streamed in until sunset. Every visitor received a special informational pamphlet about the Baba Sali’s connection with the Rebbe and the message of redemption.
Notable figures, including former Minister and Knesset member Itamar Ben-Gvir, local council members from Netivot, police officers, and the event manager, also visited the booths, expressing their admiration for the work of Chabad both in Israel and worldwide.
A heartfelt thank you is extended to everyone who contributed their time and energy to ensure the success of this sacred activity.
We are confident that this work has greatly sanctified the name of Chabad and will be the driving force towards bringing the true and complete redemption.
Behind the event were the students from the Chabad Yeshiva in Safed: Baruch Avraham, Menachem Mendel Benisti, Asher Levy, and Yosef Yitzhak Navon.
