Ahead of the reopening of the central Moscow Shul, the Shliach and Chief Rabbi of Russia, Rabbi Berel Lazar, visited the Shul and met with the administrator of the community, Rabbi Mordechai Weisberg, and the Gabbai of the Shul to make a L’chaim on the occasion of the Shul’s reopening.
