According to Hillel Yaffe Medical Center in Hadera, where the wounded were evacuated:

•A 60-year-old man and a 19-year-old woman are seriously injured.
•An 18-year-old girl sustained moderate injuries.
•Six others suffered minor injuries.
Security Response & Political Reaction
Police Chief Kobi Shabtai is en route to the scene, and security forces are sweeping the area to rule out additional threats.
MK Itamar Ben Gvir, chairman of the Otzma Yehudit party, condemned the attack, attributing it to Israel’s recent release of terrorists:
“When terrorists are freed, terror surges, and attacks like this one at Karkur Junction follow. I have consistently warned against deals with terrorists—it only emboldens them. Now, we are witnessing the tragic consequences. I join all of Israel in praying for the recovery of the injured.”
