Larry had urged Bill to take a stronger stand against antisemitism. One of his father’s final letters served as a poignant reminder of the urgency and significance of this mission.

Reflecting on the recent escalation of antisemitism since October 7th, Bill shared, “Good comes from bad. October 7th has united the global Jewish community like never before.” He noted that today’s ceremony was not only a personal milestone but also a tribute to the memory of the 1,200 innocent lives lost due to their Jewish identity.
