Bat Yam Celebrates New Torah

This week, the city of Bat Yam celebarated a Siyum Sefer Torah. The Torah was donated by the Gurevitch family. After they finished writing the last letters, there was a Tahalucha followed by Hakafos and then a “Seudas Mitzvah” ● Photos
