In an incredible show of dedication and diligence, 16-year-old Motti Abenaim, a Talmid at Yeshivas Oholei Yosef Yitzchok Lubavitch in Melbourne, completed the entire Shas. His remarkable achievement was celebrated with a grand Siyum, held in the Goldhirsch Hall, with a crowd of esteemed rabbonim, Anash, family, and friends.

The Siyum event, a significant milestone for the young Bochur, was a testimony to his dedication to Torah learning. Motti, known for his exceptional commitment and focus, began learning Shas as part of a Chalukah by Yud Tes Kislev, and an anonymous donor offered him a ticket to the Rebbe if he completed the entire Shas. His determination to reach this milestone in such a short time impressed all who knew him.

The event was attended by a group of rabbonim from Melbourne, with Rabbi Levi Morosow, the Rosh Mesivtah of Oholei Yosef Yitzchok, delivering a heartfelt speech praising Motti’s dedication. “This accomplishment is a reminder of the power of commitment to Torah study and the impact it has on one’s life. Motti is an inspiration to all of us, and his Siyum today is a shining example of what is possible when a young man dedicates himself to the study of Torah with passion and purpose.”

The Siyum took place amidst an atmosphere of joy and celebration, with friends and family joining to honor Motti’s accomplishment. The Goldhirsch Hall was filled with voices of gratitude and encouragement for the young Bochur as he recited the Siyum, Hadran and Pilpul, marking the completion of his Shas.

The Siyum ended with the Seudas Mitzvah, with Motti sharing words of thanks to the rabbonim, his teachers, and his family for their support throughout this remarkable journey.
