Approaching 500 Minutes, Initiative to Expand

Halacha2Go is approaching their 500^th Halacha video shortly, and has something special planned.

What began as an initiative launched by a talented group of young marrieds to benefit the community by providing answers to commonly asked Halachic questions, quickly gained widespread acclaim being views by thousands daily.
The project is with the encouragement and blessing of the Mara D’Asra and member of the Beis Din of Crown Heights Rabbi Yosef Yeshaya Braun, who gives over the Halacha. Despite many of the topics covered being encountered on a daily basis, questioned persist. The Rov assists in that regard as well, selecting the topics partly based upon community need, gauged by the many inquiries he receives in his capacity as the Crown Heights Rov.

In addition to the daily video views by thousands daily, a weekly pamphlet that contains the prior week’s daily Halachos is distributed to all the local shuls, for an easy Shabbos read, and perhaps Shabbos table discussion. Additionally, for those who wish to delve deeper, each Halacha in the pamphlet is accompanied by scholarly notes, liberally peppered with sources from every facet of Torah.

While in the past one had to wait until Shabbos to discover the depth and insight of the Halacha’s notes and sources, in honor of the upcoming 500th video, Halacha2Go will be sending links to their weekly pamphlet.
