The presentation took place this past Monday at a dinner hosted by Ambassador Huckabee at his residence in Yerushalayim. The event was held in honor of South Dakota’s Lieutenant Governor, Mr. Larry Rhoden, who arrived together with a delegation of American business leaders exploring opportunities for collaboration with Israel. Accompanying them was the Rebbe’s shliach to South Dakota, Rabbi Alperowitz.
In his remarks, Ambassador Huckabee spoke passionately about his strong support for the Jewish people and their eternal connection to Eretz Yisrael — both biblically and historically — and his desire to see the land continue to grow and prosper.
