However, Amazon cited the program’s limited reach and the growing popularity of AI-powered tools like virtual try-on and personalized size recommendations as factors behind the decision.
Amazon assured customers that free returns will remain available for apparel and that ending the program will streamline the shopping experience with faster delivery and a broader selection.
