As Chabad communities around the world celebrated Yud-Yud Alef Shvat — the Hillula of the Frierdiker Rebbe and the day Rebbe accepted the Nesius — a large crowd gathered at Beis Menachem in Kfar Chabad to celebrate the Yom Tov with a Chassidishe farbrengen.
The farbrengen, organized by the Kfar Chabad Vaad, headed by Rabbi Shimon Rabinowitz, lasted for many hours as Rabbi Yosef Greenberg, Shliach in Anchorage, Alaska captivated the audience with stories, memories, and ho’raos from the Rebbe.
The Mara D’Asra, Rabbi Meir Ashkenazi, spoke about the significance of the Yud Shvat and its implications for our day-to-day.
