In honor of Yud Alef Nissan, the Rebbe’s 123rd birthday, a brand-new shul was inaugurated in Oroklini, a growing suburb of Larnaca, Cyprus.
The new center, directed by Shluchim Rabbi Zalman and Menuchi Alperowitz, will serve as a vibrant hub for Yiddishkeit, with daily minyanim, shiurim, and a wide range of programs for all ages.
Chief Rabbi and Head Shliach of Cyprus, Rabbi Arie Zeev Raskin, affixed the mezuzah. The event concluded with joyous farbrengen and a spirited L’chaim celebration in honor of the Rebbe’s birthday.
