Just seven years ago, Chabad of Springfield was established to foster a vibrant and engaged Jewish community. We’ve learned together. We laughed together. We celebrated together. We have deepened our connection to G-d, Torah and Mitzvos. Together, a community blossomed.

Now, Chabad of Springfield is embarking on its most ambitious project yet. With the purchase and renovation of a well-situated, stately building, Springfield will soon have a new vibrant and spacious center of Jewish life.

Together, let’s take the next big leap towards a brighter tomorrow for our community, with the Building for Generations campaign, with the goal of raising $400,000 in just 72 hours!

This campaign is an opportunity for you to be a part of a building for generations.

“This is part of our tremendous revolution in Springfield,” Rabbi Mendy Turen told Chabadinfo. “The plan for the building is to have a Jewish center where Judaism is alive. Different setup than a traditional shul as we know it. Chabad is famous for not being a traditional shul.”

Imagine children singing songs of unity, families watching their child celebrate their Bar or Bat Mitzvah, and adults focusing on Hebrew text, learning ancient words applied to the 21st century.

Will you join us in creating a center for every Jew in Springfield to call home?

Your support of this campaign will secure the Jewish future of Springfield. Thanks to the incredible generosity of our matchers, every dollar you donate will be doubled, maximizing your impact.

    Together, let’s grow Jewish life.
