19 Kislev: Hafatzas Hamaayanos in Moscow’s Litvak Community
All over the world the auspicious day of 19 Kislev, Rosh Hashana L’Chassidus, is an opportunity to spread the light of Chassidus throughout Klal Yisroel. Rabbi Eliyahu Ezagui, currently in Moscow, decided to do just that.
