In the sicha at the Kinus HaShluchim 5752, the Rebbe says, “The point, simply, is that out of this Kinus HaShluchim there need to come good resolutions about how every shliach ought to prepare himself and all the Jews in his place and city etc. to welcome Moshiach.”

Note: Every good hachlata you make will entitle you to another raffle ticket! There is no limit to how many good hachlatos you can make.
The raffle will take place during the main banquet that will take place, G-d willing, in 770 on Sunday, 28 Cheshvan at 12:00 noon, EST.
