Following the historic attack by the U.S. Military last night on the three nuclear sites in Iran, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu arrived at the Kosel on Sunday for a special Tefillah Hoda’ah for the open miracles of world Jewry and experienced. As well as a Tefillah for the well-being of US President Donald Trump for his support of Israel at this time.
The Tefillah was held in the presence of the Rabbi of the Kosel, Rabbi Shmuel Rabinowitz, and the CEO of the Western Wall Heritage Foundation, Mr. Mordechai (Soli) Eliav, and verses of praise and thanksgiving were recited for the visible miracles that are constantly occurring in the war.
As you may recall, just hours before the start of the war, the Prime Minister arrived at the Kosel for the success of the operation, during which he put a note between the stones, which read, “The nation shall rise like a lion.”
During the prayer, Rabbi Rabinowitz, together with the Prime Minister, offered a special Tefillah for the US President, as a sign of appreciation for his resolute stand by Israel’s side at this time, and for his contribution to the security of the region.
At the end of the prayer, the Prime Minister buried a note between the stones of the Western Wall, which read: “עם ישראל קם, עם ישראל חי — The nation of Israel has arisen, the nation of Israel is alive!”
Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said: “Ten days ago, on the eve of the historic action of the people of Israel, I stood here and put up a note saying, ‘The nation of Israel has arisen, the nation of Israel is alive!’”
