Shliach Rabbi Yitzchok Minkowicz of Chabad Lubavitch of Southwest Florida puts on Teffilin with Mr. George Laufer at the Israel Rally in Fort Myers Florida.
Mr. Laufer worked for the 71st Precinct for 7 years and was stationed as the Guard at 770. He was very friendly with the Rebbe’s secretaries.
The Rebbe would frequently ask him how his Family was doing. Naturally right after the Bochurim would run over to ask him exactly what the Rebbe spoke to him about.
