Flashback: The Night That No One Will Ever Forget

Seven years ago today, Zos Chanukah 5778, Klal Yisroel celebrated the joyous news of the release of Rabbi Sholom Mordechai Rubashkin. Chabadinfo was on the scene as a constant flow of people from all over the metro area converged on 770 to say l’chaim, dance, and partake in the great celebration of the miracle of Zos Chanukah. Right after Rabbi Shalom Mordechai Rubashkin arrived at 770 and davened Maariv on Zos Chanukah, he was given the microphone to loudly proclaim the Bracha of ‘Matir Asurim’, a historic moment in his years-long saga:
