The much anticipated “Hachnosas Orchim Day” Charidy fundraising campaign has begun, commencing a 36 hour period during which you, too, can partner with Eshel in welcoming and hosting the Rebbe’s thousands of guests!
Three generous donors will be ‘matching’ all contributions, effectively quadrupling every dollar you donate. That’s right, every dollar donated is immediately worth four dollars!
Because the goal is $1,000,000, only a quarter of that sum, $250,000, must be raised in order for the campaign to be a success.
The Rebbe’s appreciation and personal concern for what he referred to as “my guests” is widely known. The Rebbe, also, often laid the responsibility of hosting the guests on the local community.
This year the number of guests has increased beyond expectations and the cost of housing and providing for the many guest has created a financial burden for Eshel. Eshel is therefore turning to Anash worldwide, and especially to the community, for assistance.
The campaign affords a rare opportunity by allowing participation in Chabad’s largest Chesed institution, while having your donation magnified fourfold by generous matchers.
Remember: there’s only 36 hours to reach our goal!
Let’s step up and unite with family, friends, and neighbors, in support and care for the Rebbe’s guests, which will surely give much Nachas to the Rebbe.
