After tremendous community support, Crown Heights Shmira is pleased to announce that they will be resuming the Shabbos Patrol in Crown Heights and starting for the first time in the East Flatbush and Remsen Village communities.
The Marked Shmira Vehicles will be operated by retired NYPD officers who are familiar with the Jewish community and Shabbos customs.
In addition to patrolling the neighborhoods, they will also be available to help with any actions that a Shabbos Goy is permitted to do according to Halacha.
This is a costly project and Shmira is committed to protecting the neighborhood 24/7 with Hashems help. To sponsor a week of patrol, please email [email protected]
